1. はじめに

メタボログ（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのように情報を扱うかを説明します。本アプリはスマートフォン・タブレット・パソコン・Web など複数の環境で提供しており、いずれの利用においても本ポリシーが適用されます。

2. 収集・利用するデータ

2.1 端末内に保存するデータ

本アプリは、次のデータをお使いの端末内のみに保存します。当方のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

  • 体重の記録（日付・体重の値）
  • 目標体重の設定
  • 表示単位（kg / lb）の設定
  • メタボログおじさんの表示ON/OFFの設定
  • グラフの表示期間（全期間／1年／1ヶ月／1週間）の設定
  • リマインド通知のON/OFFの設定（通知をONにした場合、通知のスケジュールも端末内で管理されます。通知内容が外部へ送信されることはありません）
  • アプリの最終起動日（久しぶりに開いたときのメッセージ表示のため）
  • チュートリアルの表示済みかどうか（初回のみ表示するための記録）

保存先は、お使いの端末（またはブラウザ）が提供するローカルストレージのみです。当方のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、オフラインでも利用できます。

2.2 収集しないデータ

本アプリは、次のようなデータは収集しません。

  • 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を特定する情報
  • 位置情報
  • 端末の一意識別子の送信
  • 広告・分析のためのデータ

本アプリには広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュレポート等の SDK は組み込んでいません。

3. 外部リンク

本アプリの設定画面から「このアプリについて」をタップすると、紹介記事（ブログ）のURLがお使いのブラウザで開きます。その際、本アプリからブログ側へ体重データ等を送信することはありません。ブログ等の外部サイトのプライバシーについては、各サイトのポリシーをご確認ください。

4. データの削除

保存されたデータは、本アプリをアンインストール（またはブラウザ／端末のデータ削除）すると、端末から削除されます。体重記録を個別に削除したい場合は、アプリ内の「履歴」から該当する記録を削除できます。

1. Introduction

Metabolog (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how the App handles information. The App is available on smartphones, tablets, computers, and the web; this policy applies to all of these.

2. Data We Store and Use

2.1 Data Stored Only on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device. We do not send this data to any server.

  • Weight entries (date and weight value)
  • Goal weight setting
  • Display unit (kg / lb) setting
  • “Metabolog uncle” avatar show/hide setting
  • Chart time range (All / 1 Year / 1 Month / 1 Week) setting
  • Reminder notifications on/off setting (when enabled, notification schedules are managed only on your device; notification content is never sent elsewhere)
  • Last app launch date (used to show a welcome-back message when you haven’t opened the app for a while)
  • Tutorial completion (whether the first-time tutorial has been shown)

Data is stored only in local storage provided by your device (or browser). It is not sent to our servers, and the App works offline.

2.2 Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect:

  • Personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers for off-app use
  • Data for advertising or analytics

The App does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.

From the App’s settings, you can open a link to an introduction article (blog) in your browser. The App does not send any of your weight data or other stored data to that site. For the privacy practices of external sites, please see their respective policies.

4. Deleting Data

Data stored by the App is removed from your device when you uninstall the App (or clear app or browser data). You can also delete individual weight entries from the “History” section within the App.
